Unable to Activate iphone

Hey. I can't active my iPhone 5s.

Message :your iPhone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Try contacting your iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in few minutes.

If this priblem presists,contact Apple Support at apple.com/support.

But I try 6 month ago and no activated my iPhone, please help me?.
