iPhone battery percentage changes?

After disconnecting my iPhone from charging, the percentage I see the moment I unplug is not same and goes up and approx.3-4 percent higher than the the moment I unplug.My battery health is 94 %.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12

This is normal behaviour, but to be sure of it, try completely draining the iPhone battery and recharge it fully. This will calibrate the battery charge level and should give a more accurate reading of the battery level.
