Hi, my newer XR all of a sudden won't start up. I can't get it to power on at all. I've tried different charging cords/blocks, holding buttons down, all sorts of stuff and NOTHING. So the phone should still be under warranty. I bought it at my Verizon store nearby. Does it go back to them for the repair? OR sent back to Apple?
