my iPhone was factory reset, I need my AppleID to get into the phone but I forgot the password and got locked out, sent the forgot password message but guess where it went.... to my phone... the one that's locked.... is there anyway I can get my password changed through email, or switch the phone number to another phone?

You can only change the phone number by logging into the account.
