My daughter can’t remember her password and apple hasn’t sent a password reset and it’s been over 2 days

If she's checked the spam folder as well as in the inbox on the correct email account, and tried again, contact Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
