yes sure , i restrted the pc from that screen without skipping connecting to internet and open windows administration mode and then installed all the drivers manually and restarted in the normal mode and this time its able to detect the network and the whole installation went smooth .

Many thanks for your help and will hope it helps the others as well

The Network connection can be configured later. If you Skip for Now, we should look at Windows Device Manager.

yes it can be on the next restart the windows will install the bootcamp drivers and then i can connect to windows as usual but the windows can not be activated neither i am able to set the windows up as organization .

Also, are you able to connect to any wired or wireless network when booted in macOS?

I am using only WIFI

i should not skip this step , i want to use this pc for my work , so this pc has to Set up for an organization and for this at this step its super important to be connected to the internet . Yes I have taken the other way to skip this step but then later window has problem in activation and also important certificates are missing and this device i can not use . Also later after all installation i can not add set up as organization by adding a new user
