Bought a refurbished iPhone 6+ yesterday but it won't charge

Bought a refurbished iphone6+ in London (Cex store) yesterday. It just wont charge. Its stuck at 11%. Its kips going off. I cant even complete setting it up, but i already flew out to south africa. Where can i get help?

Iphone 8 plus charging problem What can I do to fix my iPhone 8 plus that is stuck at 0% remaining? I have restarted it several times and it is still stuck and showing 0% remaining. The phone would restart several times by itself too.. the charger is recognized by the device everytime it is plugged in but still won't charge.
