Billing information

Cant download apps, it says that i need to update my billing information, but the information is up to date. When i re input the info it says there is a problem with the last purchase. I can't upgrade anything, or even update apps. Free ones or otherwise.

Can anyone help me out? please?

'Problem with a previous purchase' implies that there is a problem with your payment method and that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for it. Have you tried adding a different card to the account ?
