iCloud emails

Are you able to send messages in iCloud Email? Are there messages in your inbox? If not, make sure iCloud Email is turned on in your settings. Go to "Settings > Passwords & Accounts > iCloud". Then make sure that "Mail" is turned on (green). If everything appears normal, check to see if you're receiving email at iCloud.com.
