I was ready to purchase a iPhoto book and accidentally deleted it trying to move it to mineo

can I get it back

If you have Time Machine enabled you can enter Time Machine, go back to the backup made just prior to the deletion and restore the library. There should be only an hour's difference as TM backs up hourly.

If you have a different backup strategy restore the backup made prior to deletion. How much redoing of the book is necessary will depend on how long before the deletion the backup was made.
