itunes account disabled

I am getting a message saying my itunes account has been disabled when I try to download apps.


iPhone 8, iOS 12

Try going to https://appleid.apple.com and change your Apple ID password.


If that still doesn't work you will need to call Apple on the phones directly to find out why your iTunes account has been disabled. Usually this would be because some type of fraud was detected and disabling the account protects you. So it's a good thing, but does put it on you to get a hold of Apple.
