I am unable to download itunes on my PC

I used to be able to get itunes on my last PC; I am unable to do this for my current PC. Microsoft Store won't open for this app and I keep getting advice to contact Apple.

Try downloading iTunes from Apple's website: https://www.apple.com/itunes/ and click on the (blue) Download button.
