Can I trade in a I phone XR?

Am I able to trade in my I phone XR for a I phone XS Max? I have not liked this phone since I bought it a month ago. It seems to drop calls and is not what my I Phone 8 plus was performance wise.

No, but you do have 1 year of warranty support. Make an appointment at an Apple store and have them check it out.

You can sell it yourself but Apple is not currently accepting the XR for trade ins.
