System call failure

Hi Apple tech team,

i am fed up from call drop multiple times . Each and every time when call drops there is a message pop up ‘system call failure ‘ .

please let me know how to fix this issue.

i have tried reset network setting, rebooted iphone , switching from normal to flight mode vise versa but nothing work out.
