Cant purchase

why i cannot purchase in itunes every time. I already create and use many accounts but when i try to purchase always pop up the “Contact itunes support” i think my device cant work with that? Any solution for my problem please!

What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ? If you haven't done as instructed and contacted them do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
