Can you unblock my apple Id
I just log out from my apple id and after some time again logged into my account, but i changed my appleId with ITunes, can you unblock my account? Because I can’t listen my music from iMusic. Please!!!

How is it blocked, what are you seeing and when/where ?
If it's locked : If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
If it's disabled : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
