Money back

The soft Privat24 after update offered discount on Apple music: pay 0,5$ for three month. I subscribed, but purchase was 4,99$. My subscribe in apple id was denied, so I didn’t want to pay 4,99$ for exceeding, I wanted to use special offer from Privat24. I reported to support of Privat24 and after I got money back. But today morning again from my credit card was purchase 4,99$, even I am not subscribed on apple music and I do not use it. You can see it from my activity and screen shots. Please, give me money back, I do not use apple music and I’m not going to.

We can't give you your money back, we are fellow users and obviously don't have that ability.


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
