Is my phone still water resistant after repair?

If Apple did the repair, then yes, it is.

Keep in mind that water resistant does NOT mean water proof. The phone should not be intentionally exposed to water, and water damage is NOT covered by warranty.

No once you break the seal the warranty is no longer good and will leak again. It happened to me took it to apple store they fixed it then week later when dark never rebooted. Good luck with that.
