Signing into icloud

I am trying to sign into iCloud but I get the following the pop-up message:

iPhone XR, iOS 12

Icloud frequent sign in requests Hi guys i have iphone 5 s. For 2/3 weeks i cloud has been asking many times per day to sign in. So basically it sign me off for no known reason to me. what could be the issue? thank you all

Is your email address an iCloud alias?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.
