I have an Ipad for work. My new Ipad has an upgraded version. I am unable. To add shortcuts phrases . I even want. To. Import my previous shortcut phrases from my. Old Ipad to my new. Ipad. Can you help?

I was thinking you were asking about the text replacement shortcuts where you type a few letters and iOS will replace that with a longer entry. To set these up use the Settings app.
Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement
