My beats solo 3 will only flash one red light after being plugged into charge. What do I need to do?

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. I understand your Solo3 Beats are not charging as expected. I’ll be happy to help with this.


First, try resetting your Beats:


  1. Hold down the volume down button and the power button for 10 seconds.
  2. When the Fuel Gauge flashes, release the buttons. 


You may also want to try charing using a different power source and cable as well. Let them charge for about 20 minutes and see if there is any change. You can find details on these steps here:
