iPhone Upgrade Program.

Hi!

I had a quick question regarding the iPhone Upgrade Program. When I upgrade my iPhone after 12 months of payment, do I get store credit for turning in that iPhone? Or do I have to pay the rest of the loan before I can get credit? Any help regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Upgrading to new iPhone when current Upgrade Program iPhone is already paid off question I have an iPhone 12 that was part of the Apple Upgrade Program and since I have had it for two years I have paid it off. But when I went to the Apple Store app it told me that (duh) my iPhone 12 is paid off. If I want to get one of the iPhone 14 and "continue" with the Upgrade Program, what's the simplest way to do that? I plan on pre-setting up the purchase later today when the ability to do so goes live. Do I start at the Upgrade Program page and then will it still allow me to use my iPhone 12 for a partial trade in credit or do I start a "normal" purchase with a trade-in because that seems like there is no way to then make the payments as part of the upgrade program. (Sorry if this seems like it should be obvious but I started with the Upgrade program years ago when Apple first started it but decided not to upgrade from my 12 to the 13 and just kept making the payments on the 12. Thanks for any info/suggestions/advice.

iPhone Upgrade Program I was wondering if I wanted to join the iPhone upgrade program and bought an iPhone XR and payed monthly payments for 12 months, and wanted to update to a new iPhone, would I be able to get credit when I would trade in my iPhone XR?

My phone I bought my iPhone 13 pro max about 2 months ago with an outright payment. What do I need to do and how do if I want to return it to the store to get an upgrade to the new iPhone 14 pro max?

Get a new iPhone every year.

You’re eligible to upgrade to a new iPhone once you’ve made 12

payments. Just trade in your current iPhone and start a new plan.

You must pay off the entire amount you owe before you turn a device in. (You must own the device)

The OP's question is in regards to the Upgrade Program, not the Trade-in Program.
