How do I find out if I have any balance on itune cards

If the cards have been redeemed they are used and empty and have no value. The only way to know if a card hasn't been redeemed is to try redeeming it on an account.
Any remaining balance will be on the iTunes account the card was redeemed onto : View your Apple ID balance - Apple Support
