How can I find out what my app-specific password is after I've created in in iCloud? I want to keep track of and store them on an app by app basis in 1Password. However, thee doesn't;t seem to be a way to discover what the app specific password is after I created it.
I've never kept track of them as I can always create a new one if I needed to but you could revoke the ones you don't know and create them again. See the following from Using app-specific passwords - Apple Support
After you revoke a password, the app using that password will be signed out of your account until you generate a new password and sign in again.

If an app supports a specific password then only you would know.
Ask the app developer on their website/forum.
