Always start un DFU mode, and when try to restore error 4013.
Previously I managed to start and I could take my photos and videos and make a backup on my windows 10 PC, then it restarted itself (the main error), and it has not started again just aplle logo and black screen, I managed to extract some record it while doing the backups, here the attachments.

If all else fails then make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. If you did not purchase it from Apple then you will need to look to the vendor for service or How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
It was quite helpful, those steps I have done all and nothing, the strange thing is that before although with effort raised the ios, now after removing the data and make the backup does nothing.
and it is a pity I have been faithful to apple products for more than 5 years, but I changed my iphone 7 for an android (I will not brand to not offend), and the ipad your flagship now after updating to 12.x.1 (I do not remember) is useless.
I will take the equipment to the "Apple Genius Bar", and for videos and news that I have read, I would expect to buy a new iPad, since those only say that, or a reapracion that it is better to buy a new one, and with the exception that they never deliver the other.
