Instant Gratification tracks for Apple Music

Thanks for your response. One follow-up question. If I've used a distribution service like Spinnup to assist with putting music on Apple Music and I've instructed them to set a pre-order date; once the music appears on the store, but is greyed out (i.e., "this album is available for pre-order. It will be released on X/X/XXXX), how then do I go about setting the instant gratification track? Can I, the artist, do this on my own, say, through Apple Music for Artists or iTunes Connect?; or perhaps, through the method you've suggested above (hhttps://itunespartner.apple.com/en/music/faq/Managing%20Your%20Music_Instant-Gratification%20Songs%20and%20Music%20Videos)
