Can’t purchase with my iTunes

Pls I need an assistance, I bought an iTunes gift card $200, I redeemed it successfully. I see the fund in my account but still I can’t purchase with it. Anytime I try I will be asked to contact apple support. Please anyone knows the solution to this?

No, sorry. Perhaps you'd better follow the suggestion: Contact Apple Support---> Contact – Official Apple Support

You need to contact iTunes support for purchase issues.
