I received an email stating the ICloud community requires updated information or I may be permanently locked out, however, it asks for personal info including SS# and credit card information. I remember being told Apple will never ask for personal information via email. Is that true? Should I disregard that email or am I presently in danger of being locked out of ICloud/Apple services?

Troubled,
