How to reset the apple ID

Hello

I have the question how to reset the apple id when you forgot the password and do not have access to the gmail to which you made account.?

Because my dad cannot with anything and any app in the phone because he forgot his APPLE ID.

I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!
