My External camera is not working on my Mac Mini

Hey everybody ! I am a YouTuber/Streamer and I recently bought a Mac Mini 2014. I wanted to stream with it but one problem remains, my Qantik Scope Sport 1080p60 and my Qantik 4k30fps cameras aren't detected by the Mac. I tried to search multiple softwares that could make my Mac detect the camera, but it's only available for iOS, Android and Windows. And 3 months after buying the cameras, i don't have any solution.

Please help.
