Mala Facturación

He recibido mi resumen de cuenta de tarjeta y no me hicieron la bonificación por haber comprado mi nuevo Iphone Xr, dejando mi anterior Iphone 6 S Plus en canje.3

Dónde debo reclamar por este tema ?
