using Apple Pay to send using Zelle

If I use Apple Pay to pay my friend without an Apple device, can I send the money to Zelle?

iPhone SE, iOS 12

You can use Zelle without Apple Pay or Pay for Zelle with Apple Pay so it should work.

Hello, you cannot send money internationally with Apple Cash. You can send money by other methods. You cannot send money with Apple Pay since that is a purchasing method not a sending cash method.
