I have an iPhone 7 plus, it plays all sound (songs, call on speaker mode, notification tone,...etc)through the earpiece speaker not from botton main speaker!! . Could you help me to solve this problem please ?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're not hearing audio from the bottom speaker on your iPhone 7 Plus.
Do you notice the same behavior when you rotate your device? Change or lock the screen orientation on iPhone
Have you checked your audio balance under Settings > General > Accessibility? Try tapping there, and then look for the audio balance slider.

Thats right I'm not hearing sound from botton speaker else I'm not hearing any sound from it!, instead, all sound it should going out from botton speaker, but I'm hearing from earpiece speaker(calling speaker), the point is all sound routed to calling speaker so to speak, some cases: when iphone is ringing (incoming call) the ring tone hearing from up speaker, when i wanna to hear some song, the sound of song coming out from same speaker (up or calling speaker).
conclusion: The botton speaker is silent and all sound the device want to coming out just go out from up speaker.
i did a restore to latest version on iTunes, i wonder if there's an issue to force iphone to route the whole sounds to coming out from up speaker and ignore botton speaker?
