In the process of restoring the phone, there is always an error

I have an iphone 6 I have been trying to restore to factory settings through connecting to the apple store. When I plug in my device everything pops up fine, but in the process of restoring the phone, there is always an error that occurs. This error keeps me from restoring my phone and I have been trying for three weeks now. The ECID is ****. The Serial Number is *****. If I could get customer service as soon as possible, I would be greatly appreciated. You can contact me between 12PM-1PM anytime through my lunch break at ****. Thank you.
