Unable to activate my iphone 6 plus

After resetting my iphone i cannot activate it anymore, my iphone says "Unable to activate. An update is required to activate your iphone." and my itunes on laptop says that "The iphone could not be activate because the activation informaion could not be obtained from the device". What should I do its been a week
