Problems with transferring FCP X Library (projects) to another computer

I have an external HDD with some FCP X Libraries created in FCP 10.4. Now, I would like to edit these Libraries (projects) in another computer in FCP 10.4.6. But, when I try to open any library from the HDD, I always receive: The operation could not be completed. Permission denied. “Library name” is already in use by “Macbook” on “Macbooks-MacBook-Pro.local”.

What's wrong? Is there any other projects data saved in another place besides Library?

Did you try rebooting. Also make sure the drive is set to read/write including all content.

I really haven't checked up the HDD. And, it is formatted in NTFS (as I had NTFS utility in my MBP) and is marked as 'read only' in my Mac Pro. Would you mind to recommend me a reliable NTFS utility to enable data writing?
