Apple Watch (series 2) not working

As of yesterday my watch stopped working and when woken up it displays the screen in the attached photo.

I have tried turning it off and also forcing restart but it is not responding to either of these and all I get is the screen in the photo.

Not sure what to do next so any advice much appreciated. Thanks!

The photo did not attach.

Was this the picture that you see? If so the only way to fix this is to send it into Apple as it requires to be re-flashed at the factory:

If you have anything else I would attach it to your Apple Watch charger, and keep on doing a forced restart every 60 seconds until something changes or after you have tried for 10 minutes. If the Watch gets extremely hot though you must let it cool down. This will either A) get it working normally or B) start showing the symbol above which means it is required to go the factory.
