Cannot update Apple TV's 3rd Gen A1469 from 7.2.2 (8015) to newer version

As title. The error I'm receiving is "The update was not successful. The Apple TV couldn't be downloaded at this time. Try again later.". This is happening to all apple TV's across site, all the same hardware/firmware version. I've tried using a different Wi-Fi network and using a wired connection but the issue persists. It seems to be able to download the update but as soon as the second loading bar appears the error comes up. Haven't yet tried restoring the devices as they are mounted in hard to reach areas and I was hoping there would be an easier solution. Thanks in advance.
