standbydelayhigh & standbydelaylow

I have a 2018 mini.

The standybydelayhigh & standbydelaylow are BOTH set by default to 86,400 seconds. That's 24 hours. Why would Mojave wait 24 hours before writing RAM to hard disk? When I had High Sierra, I think that the default was 3,600 seconds or 1 hour.

I want to change it to a shorter time. What do you recommend?

I have a 2018 mini, the desktop. The mini is plugged into a UPS but I don't know how long the UPS would supply power to the computer. That's irrelevant anyway since the RAM contents are copied to the SSD on my mini.

24 hours is a long time for a laptop to wait until the RAM contents are copied to the SSD. The whole time the battery is draining.

I have a 2013 Air laptop. I haven't checked the standbydelay times.

Which brings up another question. I used the Terminal & found out that the hibernatemode file is 2 GB. I have 8 GB of RAM. I suppose that it's possible to increase the hibernatemode file to 8 GB. You probably wouldn't recommend that I change the file size. I don't intend to. But what is the command to change the hibernatemode file size?
