Can’t unlock my phone

My phone suddenly doesn’t recognize my finger print ID or password. I’m locked out. Suggestions?

Touch id AND passcode won’t unlock ipad. Hi, my fingerprint AND my passcode will not open ipad. I have tried everything but just keep getting the message that I am locked out! I do not have access to a pc and my phone is not an iphone! What can I do now 🤷‍♀️

unable to unlock iphone when I try to unlock my iphone the text is very large and it does not recognize my fingerprint. all I can see is a lock icon at the top followed by the letters "r Passo" followed by "does not" in the next line, followed by "r fingerp" in the next line. normally if I could see the screen I would enter my pin, but I can't see that option

To reset the phone : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
