Unauthorized Apple Purchase

I am writing about the unauthorized online purchase of $61.52 on my latest Mastercard bill for what I believe was the Calm app on Apple for my iphone. I looked at this as a possible free trial but then I never actually signed up for it. I do not want this app and I want a refund. Thank you.

If it had a subscription you should stop its auto-renewal if you no longer want it (obviously not using an app, or just deleting it, won't stop a subscription) : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


In terms of a refund purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off (you know that you are only talking to fellow users on these user forums, so nobody on here can refund anything) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
