The previous worker never logged out of the company's iPhone

So at my job we have a few iphones that we use, mines unfortunately broke and cant see anything, so theirs another phone here in the office but its locked, because the previous worker never logged out, is their a way I can remove it and use it?

Not you personally, but if the iPhone was purchased by the company, and they have the purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Re-seller, the legal representative of the company can take the iPhone to an Apple store with the receipt, and request that Apple unlock it.
