Hello,
i can‘t delete apps on the iPad, ios12.
by Holding the Home Button, the Apps start to wiggle, but don’t react on the X in upper left corner.
I tried to delete the app by going to settings- general - storage - select app and delete app. This seemed to work, but app is still visible. Starting it doesn’t work, as it is deleted.
This is somehow strange....
Has anybody an idea?

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases
Make sure installing and deleting apps is Allow

Is your iPad by any chance managed under a Mobile Device Management software through an employer?
Thanks for the hint. There are no restrictions applied, deleting apps all though does not work....
