How can i know when my itunes cards 100 euro x3 was redeem please that's the picture below check and tell me the time and date it was redeem

If you redeemed them onto your own account you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will tell you when you did it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
If someone else redeemed them ask that person
