Problems with microphones and speakers

can anyone help me? There’s no sound during the calls, front and back microphone don’t work, call recorder and camera won’t record any sound. The main speakers seems to work fine but no sound in headphones. Sometimes work ok for a while but then I can hear loud distortion and stops again. Seems all started since last ios 12.3.1 update. Anyone else experienced this?
