If you can't remove the restrictions in Settings/Screen Time by using the password and you don't have a backup made before you enabled the restrictions, you can't recover your data.
From the article below.
To change or turn off the passcode on your child's device, tap Settings > Screen Time > [your child's name]. Then tap Change Screen Time Passcode or Turn Off Screen Time Passcode, and authenticate the change with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
You will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
This is SUPER frustrating! I did not forget my passcode. How should I prevent this from happening again? How do I recover the data that I had on my device after I've restore the device to factory settings????
