Apple ID Devices

In the Apple ID in settings I have the same devices listed multiple times in the drop down menu. My PC and desktop PC are listed more than once and my old Iphone 6S is still listed under the devices. Can I delete the multiple listings of the PC and desktop and keep one without any loss of my current iPhone configuration? Also, can I delete my old iphone 6S without it effecting my new iphone XS?

I would try going to each device/computer and sign out of iCloud to see if that removes all of them from Settings. Then sign back in and see if you get more than one. You don't need to sign into the 6S if you don't want it on the list.
