In 2014 I purchased a song from the iTunes Store. I cannot find and listen to the song today however, even though it is listed as a purchased song - I even have the order-ID. It is not shown as a song "not in my library". It is not hidden from my library, it is nowhere to be found. What can I do to access this song again?

If the song has been withdrawn from the iTunes Store in your region then your ability to redownload it on demand disappears. This is detailed in the terms and conditions of the store. You can contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to ask if there is anything they can do, but I would suspect not.
