Apple Cash Transferring Issue

I'm attempting to transfer my Apple Cash balance to my bank account through my debit card and I'm getting an error message saying "Could Not Connect to Apple Pay. Make sure you are connected to the internet" But I AM connected. Just not to wifi because I am at work.
