‘Arrive Home’ Scene Automation is not triggered.

I’m trying to get an ‘Arrive Home’ Scene to activate when I arrive home.

The Scene has one action: Open the garage door. I have the myQ app plus

the necessary Chamberlain hardware to manage the garage door. 

When I return home with my iPhone nothing happens. 

I can Test the Scene and the door opens just fine.

Here is my setup:

Apple TV 4K

Model A1842 32GB

tvOS 12.3

Ethernet connected to the same network as my other devices

Accounts/iCloud/Home Hub has the name of our Home and shows ‘Connected’.

General/Privacy/Locations Services are On.

General/Privacy/Locations Services/HomeKit is set to ‘Always’.

iPhone 7 Plus

iOS 12.3.1

128GB

myQ app Version 4.132

Home app under Home/Home Hubs shows the name of the Apple TV 4K and shows ‘Connected’.

I also have an Apple Watch Series 4 and an iPad Pro. 

The iPad Pro has the Home app configured the same as the iPhone.

My wife has an iPad and iPhone. She uses a different iCloud id.

However, I did an ‘Invite’ under People in the Home app and she has joined.

When I leave the home I only take my iPhone and Watch. All the other devices remain in the home.
